Clean tracking view, mostly reliable. I like being able to see delivery status in real time without digging around carrier sites. The tracking updates usually match what the drivers and customers are telling us, which helps my peace of mind. Label creation is straightforward, and I did not have to watch a bunch of tutorials to get going. My only gripe is that I wish the status screen was a little more obvious at a glance.

64 reviews · average 3.7Really clean tracking visibility overall. I can open a shipment and immediately see where it is and what the latest scan says. The automated customer notifications are consistent, which I appreciate. I did have to tweak a couple settings to get the alerts worded how I wanted. After that, it has been reliable day to day.
Good tracking, weak customization for my needs. I can see shipment status across carriers without switching tabs all day, which is nice. Where it falls short for me is the notification controls, since I wanted more specific triggers. I also wish the update messages were easier to tailor for different internal teams. It is workable, just not quite dialed in. Overall I use it, but I do not love it.
Frustrating to get started with it. I expected the desktop setup to be smoother, but I ran into repeated snags before I could even work in the order view. When I finally got it going, the screens felt heavy and slow on my machine. I also had trouble figuring out why some shipment status updates were not showing when I thought they should. I stopped using it after a week because I did not trust it day to day.
Honestly, the inventory view was unreliable for us. I would check stock, then refresh and see a different number with no explanation. That made me nervous about what was actually in the warehouse. I do not mind learning new tools, but I need the counts to stay consistent. We ended up double checking everything outside the system.
Decent tracking, with some rough edges. I like seeing shipment status and delivery updates in one place when I am checking on orders. The wording in a few screens is not very clear, so I still double check what I am looking at. I also wish the status updates refreshed faster during busy periods. For day to day visibility it is fine, just not as smooth as I expected.
Decent tracking, but the alerts feel touchy. I like being able to see temperature readings in real time when a reefer load is rolling. The downside is the notifications sometimes fire when the temp only blips for a moment. It took me a bit to figure out what was worth reacting to and what was noise. Once tuned in, it is workable, just not as calm as I wanted.
Really dependable for trailer location checks. I like that the map view updates in near real time, so I am not guessing where a trailer last sat. The geofence alerts are clear enough that I can tell when an asset arrives or leaves a yard without digging around. Installation on our rugged devices took some coordination, but once it was in, it stayed stable. My only nit is the dashboard has a lot of screens, so it took me a few days to get comfortable.
Clear status tracking is the best part. I like being able to look up an appointment and immediately see where it stands without guessing. The warehouse side seems to keep it current, so what I see matches what is happening at the dock. I did have a small learning curve figuring out where certain updates were posted. After that, it has been easy to monitor my loads and stay informed.
Good visibility into dock status. When we arrive, I can watch the status change and it keeps me from wondering if we were missed. I also like that everyone sees the same update at the same time. The layout took me a couple tries to understand, but it is consistent once you learn it. I wish the status refresh was a bit more obvious, but overall it feels reliable.
Good tracking history, but the alerts need tuning. I can follow a shipment end to end without opening multiple carrier pages, and that part feels dependable. When I first turned on notifications, we got more messages than we wanted and it took a while to adjust. I also wish the wording of some status updates was clearer for our customers. Once it is configured, it is fine, just not effortless.
