Fine for dispatch, but reporting is limited for what I need. I still use it, just with tempered expectations.

Works well for keeping me legal. I do not mess with a lot of tech, but this one is straightforward once it is running. I like that it does not try to cut through tight little roads.

ETAs are helpful, but not always steady. We share the live updates, then I see the time jump around on some stops.

Really handy for finding openings. I like that I can search for freight and logistics roles in one spot without extra fuss.

Nice support for drug and alcohol stuff. I was confuse at first, but they walked me thru what paperwork I needed and what to do next. A few emails felt a bit too official, but I got it.

Good spending controls for our drivers. I can set limits and keep fuel purchases from getting out of hand, though the reporting takes a bit of digging at first.

Unacceptable clarity on load postings. I attempted to review a posting and could not confidently determine the details. The layout felt confusing, and I do not want to guess. It was not a good experince.
