How We Verify Reviews
Every rating on TruckMyApps comes from a signed-in account and is linked to a specific company profile. Here's what that means, and what it doesn't.

Four steps, and none of them involve us writing the review for you.

You sign in
An account is required to post. There is no guest form, so no rating on this site is anonymous.

You pick one company
A review is attached to a single service or tool, not to a category. It shows on that profile and counts toward that profile's score.

You rate, and write if you want to
A score from 1 to 5 is required. The written part is optional, which is why some entries show a rating and no text.

Your review is published
Once submitted, your rating becomes part of that company's profile and contributes to its overall score.
What the platform checks
The platform applies a few simple rules to help keep reviews consistent.
One review per company
A second review of the same company from the same account is refused. You can update your review later if your experience changes.
Scores are counted, not curated
A company's rating is the average of all reviews it receives. We don't increase or decrease ratings based on advertising or commercial relationships.
What the platform does not check
Saying this plainly is worth more to you than a badge that does not mean anything.
We do not confirm purchases
A review proves the writer has a TruckMyApps account. It does not prove they purchased or used the service.
There is no approval queue
Reviews are not read by a moderator before they appear.
Questions people actually ask
The written part is optional. A reviewer can leave a score and move on, and that score still counts toward the profile's rating.
