Elyssa Klein's review of AfterShip Tracking

Good tracking history, but the alerts need tuning. I can follow a shipment end to end without opening multiple carrier pages, and that part feels dependable. When I first turned on notifications, we got more messages than we wanted and it took a while to adjust. I also wish the wording of some status updates was clearer for our customers. Once it is configured, it is fine, just not effortless.
