Honestly, the inventory view was unreliable for us. I would check stock, then refresh and see a different number with no explanation. That made me nervous about what was actually in the warehouse. I do not mind learning new tools, but I need the counts to stay consistent. We ended up double checking everything outside the system.
Super clean order tracking experience. I can pull up an order and watch it move from warehousing to the last mile without guessing. Just wish the shipment status notes were a bit more detailed.
