Reporting is the part I keep using. I can look back at delivery performance and see patterns without digging through a bunch of spreadsheets. The planned versus actual view makes the reports make sense for our team. I had to spend some time figuring out which metrics mattered to us, but once set up it is straightforward. I do wish a couple report screens loaded faster during busy hours.

Clean status updates that make sense. I use it mainly to mark each stop as I go, and it keeps my day organized without extra tapping. The status changes show up quickly on the back end, so I am not wondering if it went through. I also like that it does not feel different between my iPhone and the company Android device. It can be a little busy on smaller screens, but it is manageable.

Vehicle checks are the best part for us. I like that drivers can complete them on the phone and I can see the results without chasing paper. The pass fail notes are clear enough for my needs. I did have to remind a couple drivers where to tap at first. After a week, it became routine.

Surprisingly smooth photo capture. I can take pictures and short videos in the same flow without hunting through menus. The timestamp and GPS proof are clear, which helps when I need to show when it was taken. The only annoyance is the checklist flow can feel a bit rigid if I want to skip around. Overall, it is reliable once you get used to it.

Surprisingly clear for documenting inspections. We use it to walk through condition checks and attach photos and short videos, and I like that the report is instantly time stamped with GPS so there is less arguing later. The scan step for references is simple enough for our drivers to follow. My only nit is the prompts can feel repetitive on routine loads, but I would still keep it.

Dependable condition monitoring overall. I check it daily for temperature and other asset health signals, and it usually matches what we see on the ground. The timeline view helps me understand when something changed during a trip. A small gripe is that the analytics take a minute to make sense if you are not in them often. I also wish the default view was less cluttered. Still, I trust it enough to keep it in our regular routine.

The geospatial insights are actually useful. I can review where our units spend the most time and compare it across days without exporting anything. It is not flashy, just clear and practical. I did have to poke around to find the right report the first time. After that, I check it regularly.

Solid for keeping customers informed. We use the ETA and progress view to answer questions without guessing, and it usually matches what the driver is experiencing. The real time map is clear enough for our dispatch to follow along. I do wish the update cadence was a touch faster in a few areas, but it is still dependable. For day to day delivery monitoring, it fits our workflow.

Pretty disappointing from day one. I tried to get our branded tracking page looking right, but the changes did not seem to stick and the preview felt inconsistent. When I checked shipment progress, the status updates were sometimes behind what we were seeing from the carrier side. I am not super technical, but I can usually follow settings and this still turned into a lot of trial and error. After a week of poking at it, I stopped trusting what it showed.

Reliable shipment history is the best part. I can pull up past labels and see what happened without searching through emails. The timeline view makes sense once you use it for a week. I did have to poke around to find the right filters at first. After that, it is been steady for our small office.

The branded tracking page looks professional. We pointed customers to that page and it stays consistent even when the carrier status wording changes. I like that it keeps the delivery milestones readable instead of dumping raw scans. It took me a bit to tweak the branding settings to match our site. After that, it has been steady.

Good branded tracking updates for customers. I set up the look and wording once, and it stays consistent across shipments. It helps me feel more in control when someone asks where a package is. I had to poke around to find the right settings, but it was manageable. After that, the updates look professional and clear.
