Clean status updates that make sense. I use it mainly to mark each stop as I go, and it keeps my day organized without extra tapping. The status changes show up quickly on the back end, so I am not wondering if it went through. I also like that it does not feel different between my iPhone and the company Android device. It can be a little busy on smaller screens, but it is manageable.
Solid real time tracking feedback. I like being able to see my own movements reflect in the app without having to guess if it is working. On Android, it updated smoothly while I was running stops and I did not notice lag when checking my location trail. I also appreciate that it stays consistent when I switch between jobs during the day. The map view could be a little clearer in bright sunlight, but overall it is dependable.
Simple and reliable for proof of delivery. I use it to take photos at drop off, and it is easy to follow even for me. My only complaint is the buttons look a bit small on my phone.
