Reporting is the part I keep using. I can look back at delivery performance and see patterns without digging through a bunch of spreadsheets. The planned versus actual view makes the reports make sense for our team. I had to spend some time figuring out which metrics mattered to us, but once set up it is straightforward. I do wish a couple report screens loaded faster during busy hours.
Not impressed with the route optimization. We kept seeing routes that looked fine on screen, but in actual execution they did not match how the day unfolded. I expected tighter logic given the data coming in from tracking.
Kinda frustrating to set up. I kept getting lost trying to get the driver app working, and the proof of delivery stuff felt confusing. Maybe I just missed somthing but it wasnt smooth.
Really solid real time tracking. I like being able to compare planned vs actual runs, though the reporting layout took me a minute to understand.
