Not impressed with the route optimization. We kept seeing routes that looked fine on screen, but in actual execution they did not match how the day unfolded. I expected tighter logic given the data coming in from tracking.
Kinda frustrating to set up. I kept getting lost trying to get the driver app working, and the proof of delivery stuff felt confusing. Maybe I just missed somthing but it wasnt smooth.
Really solid real time tracking. I like being able to compare planned vs actual runs, though the reporting layout took me a minute to understand.
Solid reporting once you get into it. I use the performance reports to review how the day actually went compared to the plan, and the views are detailed enough for my questions. I like that I can drill into a route and see where the timing drifted. The export is workable and the numbers have been consistent with our telematics feed. It is not the prettiest interface, but it is functional. I would like a few more presets so I do not rebuild the same report each time.
