Good idea, rough on status updates. I like updating load status from the phone, but sometimes it feels like it takes a while to show up.

Honestly pretty clean for status updates. I can tap through pickup and delivery steps quickly, and it keeps everyone on the same page. Only gripe is it takes a second to sync sometimes when my signal is spotty.
Nice accuracy on multi stop ETAs. I can compare planned timing to what is actually happening and catch small slips early. The routing views are a bit dense, but the data is there when I need it.
Nails the truck-legal directions. I set my height and weight once and it quit trying to send me down sketchy routes. I still glance at signs, but it feels way more dialed in than regular GPS.
Pretty disappointing on the tracking accuracy. I watched the map jump around and the ETA kept shifting even when the vehicle was steady. I can work around it, but it makes me second guess what I am seeing.
Super clean live tracking view. I like seeing our deliveries move in real time without guessing. I wish the map had a couple more display options, but it is still my favorite part.
Decent, but the map view is picky. I like checking my real time location during a route, and it is accurate when it loads. When I switch between screens fast, it occasionally stutters and I have to reopen it.
Visibility is the best part. I can watch progress in real time and the status changes are clear. I do wish the refresh interval was a touch snappier.

Not impressed with the route optimization. We kept seeing routes that looked fine on screen, but in actual execution they did not match how the day unfolded. I expected tighter logic given the data coming in from tracking.
Super frustrating photo uploads. I can take the POD pics fine, but the sync hangs and I end up retrying over and over. If the back office is waiting on it, that is not a good look.
