Imaging quality is honestly impressive. I can zoom in on labels and corners and still read what I need, which makes shipment photos actually useful. I just wish the capture cycle was a touch faster when we are slammed.

Nice and straightforward in the field. I use the video capture when something looks off and it uploads to the dashboard without me thinking about it. Wish the buttons were a bit bigger, but it works.
Solid for photo and video proof. I like that the media is attached to the inspection with timestamps, so I do not have to dig through my camera roll. Works smoothly on my phone, though the upload can feel sluggish on weak signal.
Really happy with the geofence setup. I set zones the way I want and it actually behaves the way I expect. The only annoyance is it takes a bit of trial and error to name things nicely.
Pretty happy with the patrol visibility. I like checking in and seeing the map update in real time. The only nit is the dashboard can feel a little busy at first.

Frustrating webhook behavior overall. I tried to hook the real time status updates into our internal feed, and the event order was inconsistent. We saw late updates show up after newer ones, which is a mess to reconcile. I do not want to babysit delivery data like that.
Clean API docs, quick to integrate. I wired it into our internal order flow and the tracking updates come in predictably. The branded tracking page is a nice touch for customers. I just wish the webhook retry controls were more obvious.
