Pretty smooth with the delay alerts. I can dial in what counts as an exception and it catches the weird stuff fast. Only gripe is I had to test a few scenarios before I trusted the notifications.

Nice for handling returns without a headache. I can see whats going on and share it with the customer if they ask. The screens look a little busy, but I got used to it ok.
