Solid automation once it is configured. I set up rules for label generation and now I barely think about it when orders come in. The workflow logic is predictable and the tracking events map cleanly to each shipment.

Pretty smooth tracking feed. I like watching updates roll in across carriers, but I had to poke around to find the right view at first.
Super clean tracking view overall. I can jump between carriers and still see the same delivery status without hunting around. The automated updates are fast, though I wish the dashboard let me tweak a couple labels.

Too many moving parts for simple visibility. I tried to lean on the real time shipment updates, but the dashboard kept feeling cluttered and hard to scan quickly. I ended up second guessing what I was looking at.
Clean app and easy to check. I use the mobile app to see where everyone is and it loads fast. Would be nicer if a couple screens were less clicky, but overall I like it.
Geofence alerts are mostly on point. I set up a couple zones and my phone pings me when equipment moves in or out. It is great day to day, just wish the alert timing was a little tighter.

Solid for syncing requests with shippers. We can submit times and get confirmation without chasing emails, but I still run into random delays when a dock flips our appointment status late.
