Way too picky about scheduling details. I tried to book an appointment and kept running into validation errors that were not explained. I know my way around systems, but this felt like guessing what format it wanted. I gave up and asked the shipper to handle it.

Honestly, the real time updates are great. I can watch shipments move without bouncing around different carrier sites, and the status changes show up fast. Only minor gripe is the setup takes a bit of tinkering if you care about how everything looks.
Decent proof of delivery, but picky. I like having everything captured right after the drop, and I can see it is tied to the stop. But the camera flow feels slower than it should, and I have to tap around more than expected. It works, just not as snappy as I want.

The service itself is useful but my first match didn't work out. Company wanted me running more OTR than I was willing to do and I thought I had been pretty clear about wanting regional. I went back to ExpeditedJobs and they connected me with another option that was closer to what I wanted. So we got there eventually, just would've preferred a better match the first time.
Support was actually helpful. I sent over a compliance question and they answered with plain language and the exact next action I should take. I am picky about details and they did not hand-wave anything. Minor gripe, the intake questions felt repetitive.
