Okay, but not super consistent. I appreciated the clarity around DOT compliance basics, yet a couple follow ups felt a little vague when I asked for specifics.
Super easy authority setup experience. I sent what they asked for and they kept it moving without me digging through forms. I like that I could handle most of it from my phone and email.
Pretty smooth LLC setup process. I like how everything was laid out and I could check details quickly on my phone. I did have to reread a couple screens, but it was still straightforward for me.
Love the idling insights. I can drill into a driver or unit and see where the waste is coming from without guessing. The data feels consistent, and the views are easy to bounce between.
Super clean fuel analytics. I pull the efficiency numbers and they actually line up with what our trucks are doing when the vehicle and telematics data is connected. I can slice it quickly and move on, no fuss.
Good data, but the setup felt picky. I like the level of detail in the fuel usage numbers, and the analytics are deep if you want them. Still, I had to tweak alerts a few times before they matched what I expected.
Not a great first impression. I kept getting stuck trying to sign in and it would just spin. I am comfortable with tech and still had to retry a bunch, which was annoying.
Honestly, the spending controls feel clunky. I tried dialing in limits by driver and it kept rejecting my changes without a clear reason. If you are comfortable digging through settings you can get there, but it was way more fiddly than it should be.
