Nice and predictable during a run. I use it mostly to keep shipment details straight, and it’s been consistent for me with only a few minor quirks in the menus.

Super clean for booking TQL freight. I like that I can accept a load and immediately see the shipment info and documents without bouncing around. It’s closed to their network, which is fine, but I only wish it had a few more filters when I’m browsing.
Pretty smooth once you get rolling. I like being able to manage my booked loads in one place, but the communication threads feel a little clunky when things get busy.
Love the mobile-first feel. I can browse loads while parked and the filters react quickly, which I appreciate. Once in a while the results look a little noisy, but I still keep coming back.
Love how customizable the alerts are. I set up a couple saved searches for my usual lanes and it pings me when a decent rate shows up. Only nit is I wish I could stack a few more conditions in one alert.
Decent for spot freight, but not perfect. I like the basic rate evaluation tools when I am negotiating. I just wish the market data had a little more depth.
