Reliable shipment history is the best part. I can pull up past labels and see what happened without searching through emails. The timeline view makes sense once you use it for a week. I did have to poke around to find the right filters at first. After that, it is been steady for our small office.
Decent tracking view, but not perfect. I like having the current delivery progress and the older shipment history in one place so I can compare what happened. When the status changes, it is usually clear what it means. But sometimes I have to refresh a couple times before I feel like I am seeing the latest update. For day to day checking, I can work with it, I just wish it felt a bit more immediate.
Really easy to check delivery status. I use it to see where a shipment is without calling anyone.
