Really happy with the payment side. I like seeing the payment-related info tied to the load so I am not bouncing around to figure it out. When I book something, the next steps feel clear enough for me. I still wish the wording was a little more plain-English in a couple spots. Overall, I feel comfortable using it day to day.

Pretty consistent once you get used to it. I mainly like how it keeps performance tracking visible so I know where I stand. The route details are generally accurate, which helps me plan my day. Sometimes the workflow feels strict, and I cannot always do things in the order I want. Still, I would rather use this than chase updates across multiple channels.
Pretty frustrating with the load results lately. I will set my equipment and lane, and I still see postings that do not really fit what I entered. When I tighten the filters, the list sometimes shrinks to almost nothing, then I loosen them and it gets noisy again. I know it is a spot market, but the rate info can be inconsistent from one post to the next. I keep checking it because it is popular, but I cannot rely on it the way I want to.
Really happy with how the filtering works. I can set my equipment type and preferred areas, then browse postings without feeling lost. The rate and date options help me compare loads quickly when I am planning the next run. The only small annoyance is that I have to tweak filters more often than I want when I change regions. Still, for finding spot market freight, it fits my routine.
