Great day to day load tracking. I like that I can follow a shipment and see real time vehicle movement without jumping between screens. The driver workflow is straightforward once we explained it to the team. Reporting gives me enough detail to spot patterns, even if the layout feels dated. I do wish a couple of common views were easier to save. Overall I am happy with how consistent the visibility is.

Frustrating to get consistent ETAs. I kept seeing ETA changes that did not match what we expected for multi stop runs, and it made me second guess the view. I tried adjusting how we planned trips, but the execution still felt jumpy. When I needed clarity on why it was changing, it was not obvious from what I could see. I wanted more confidence in the numbers during the day.
Really frustrating when it gets confused. I entered my truck dimensions and it still tried to take me onto a restricted road near a city center. When I corrected the route, it kept nudging me back toward the same area like it did not accept the detour. I double checked the settings and nothing looked wrong. I do not trust it for tight areas anymore.
Solid tracking experience on mobile. We used it for a quick handoff and I liked seeing the location update without having to log into anything complicated. The temporary sharing window made me more comfortable with privacy. It ran fine on my Android, though the first time I had to double check my phone settings before it would share correctly. After that, it was easy to repeat when needed.
Completely unreliable for proof of delivery. I tried capturing POD and it would not upload, then later it showed as missing. I double checked my connection and restarted the phone, same problem. Dispatch kept asking if I finished the stop because it never updated on their side. I gave up and went back to taking photos outside the app.
Customer visibility is what sold me. We send the tracking link and I can tell people are following along without needing to call dispatch every few minutes. It is not flashy, but the view is clear and accurate most of the time. Setting up who gets notifications took some trial and error on our side. I do wish the wording in a couple of the messages was more customizable, but it works.
Decent, but not always smooth. I like that the mobile side keeps the parcel statuses clear while the day is moving. However, the web view can feel a little busy when I am trying to check just one stop. We had to poke around to find the right place to see the latest proof. Once it is found, it is fine. I would call it workable, not polished.

Good app for updating delivery status. I can tap through the status change quickly and it feels straightforward most days. The wording is clear enough that I do not have to guess what I am selecting. I have had a few times where the update spinner sits longer than I expect, but it usually goes through. Overall I am happy with that part of the workflow.
