Decent, but not always smooth. I like that the mobile side keeps the parcel statuses clear while the day is moving. However, the web view can feel a little busy when I am trying to check just one stop. We had to poke around to find the right place to see the latest proof. Once it is found, it is fine. I would call it workable, not polished.
Really happy with the delivery proof flow. I can grab a quick signature and move on without fuss, and it shows up where it should. Only nit is the buttons feel a little small sometimes.
Decent map view, shaky sync. I like seeing my location update in real time, but the field data does not always show up instantly on the web side. It is workable, just not as tight as I expected.
