Surprisingly clear for documenting inspections. We use it to walk through condition checks and attach photos and short videos, and I like that the report is instantly time stamped with GPS so there is less arguing later. The scan step for references is simple enough for our drivers to follow. My only nit is the prompts can feel repetitive on routine loads, but I would still keep it.
Decent, but not always smooth. I like grabbing quick photos and having the GPS and time attached automatically, but I have had the inspection flow feel clunky when I am moving fast at the warehouse.
Really solid audit trail. I can pull up a record and see exactly when and where each inspection happened, with the media attached, and it is consistent across stops. The real time reporting is clean and makes it easy to verify what was captured without digging. We did have to fine tune how we label references so scans stay consistent, but once set it works well.
