Clear status tracking is the best part. I like being able to look up an appointment and immediately see where it stands without guessing. The warehouse side seems to keep it current, so what I see matches what is happening at the dock. I did have a small learning curve figuring out where certain updates were posted. After that, it has been easy to monitor my loads and stay informed.
Super handy for keeping me in the loop. I can check whats going on with our inbound stops without bugging the warehouse all day, just wish the screen was a bit less busy somtimes.
Nice and simple for booking times. I do wish it was a little clearer where to click at first, but once I got it, it was fine.
Pretty frustrating to use sometimes. We kept missing notifications and I was left guessing on appointment status.
