Really clean tracking visibility overall. I can open a shipment and immediately see where it is and what the latest scan says. The automated customer notifications are consistent, which I appreciate. I did have to tweak a couple settings to get the alerts worded how I wanted. After that, it has been reliable day to day.
Tracking updates feel flaky and inconsistent. I keep seeing the delivery status lag behind what the carrier shows, which is annoying when I am trying to verify a shipment. For something that is basically about visibility, that mismatch is hard to ignore.
The customer alerts are the best part for me. I set them up once and now I just spot check the messages, though the notification options could be clearer.
