Elyssa Klein's review of ShipBob

Decent tracking, with some rough edges. I like seeing shipment status and delivery updates in one place when I am checking on orders. The wording in a few screens is not very clear, so I still double check what I am looking at. I also wish the status updates refreshed faster during busy periods. For day to day visibility it is fine, just not as smooth as I expected.
