Reliable for proof of delivery. I use it mainly to capture POD at the stop, and it keeps everything tied to the right job. The steps are straightforward and I do not feel like I am hunting through menus. I also like that the update shows up right after I submit it. My only complaint is the camera prompt could be a bit faster to open at times.

Surprisingly clear turn by turn guidance. I used it all week and the directions matched what I expected without much fiddling. I also like that I can update my delivery status right after I park, so the office sees it without me texting. The live location view is accurate enough for our day to day. My only gripe is it can feel busy on the screen when I am trying to read quickly.

Frustrating proof of delivery workflow. We kept getting PODs that were missing details, and I had to chase drivers to redo them. I expected the app to guide them better, but it felt too easy to skip something by accident. When a customer disputed a drop, the record was not clear enough for me to feel confident. I do not mind learning new tools, but this part did not hold up for our needs.

Decent routing, but not always intuitive. I appreciate how it suggests an order for stops when we are juggling a bunch of tasks. At the same time, I still have to double check the route logic because it sometimes picks a sequence that does not match what we would do locally. I can adjust it, but it takes a bit of poking around. For us it is helpful, just not a set it and forget it thing.

Really convenient for getting our listing in front of people. I set up alerts for the role and could see responses coming in without checking all day. The application flow felt straightforward, and the messages were easy enough to follow. My only gripe is that some applicants clearly did not read the job details. Still, I would use it again for hiring drivers or office staff.

Surprisingly helpful for comparing routes. I like being able to look at regional versus OTR options in one place and get a feel for what is out there. The listings I clicked into generally matched what I expected from the search page. I did wish there were fewer recruiter reposts of the same job. Overall I felt confident browsing it.

Surprisingly relevant for trucking hiring. I like that the audience is tied to an active trucking forum, so I feel like I am seeing drivers who actually follow the industry. When I browse listings, the categories for OTR, regional, and local make it easy for me to stay focused. The only drawback for me is that some posts read a little generic, so I end up double checking details before I apply. Still, I keep coming back because the overall mix feels closer to trucking than general job sites.

Solid access to expedited work. I like that the opportunities feel screened, so I am not wading through obvious junk. Finding jobs is straightforward

Good guidance, but not always quick. I used them mainly for getting our authority in order, and the explanations made the steps feel less intimidating. I did have to follow up once because I was not sure what stage we were at. The specialist was courteous, just not very proactive with updates. Once I got someone on the phone, my questions were answered clearly. I would use them again, but I would go in expecting some waiting.

Good answers on compliance, slow on replies. I reached out with questions about staying DOT compliant and the person I spoke with clearly knew the rules. I liked that they kept the discussion practical instead of jargon heavy. However, email responses sometimes took longer than I expected, and it made planning harder. When they did respond, the guidance was consistent. I am satisfied, but not fully impressed.

Surprisingly clear audit guidance. When I got nervous about a possible DOT audit, I reached out and they walked me through what paperwork I should have ready. I liked that they kept it plain and did not talk over my head. The checklist they sent matched what I was seeing from FMCSA. My only gripe is the response was not instant, but it was solid once they replied.
