Frustrating to get started with it. I expected the desktop setup to be smoother, but I ran into repeated snags before I could even work in the order view. When I finally got it going, the screens felt heavy and slow on my machine. I also had trouble figuring out why some shipment status updates were not showing when I thought they should. I stopped using it after a week because I did not trust it day to day.
Nice having one order dashboard. I can check orders and see whats going on without digging around. It took me a bit to figure out where everthing was.
Pretty smooth for making labels across carriers. I use it daily and it keeps everything in one place for our shipping. Sometimes the screens feel a bit busy, but it works.
Really handy for tracking updates. I like seeing shipment status change in real time, though the desktop-only feel can be a little limiting.
