Bottom line: their support saved my week. I broke down on a delivery and the rep not only found an alternate carrier in the Uber marketplace but rebookd it while I was stuck at the yard - out here in the Southwest that kind of quick fix matters, took like 15 mins from call to confirmation. Chill folks, no runaround and I actually got paid on time, so big thumbs up.

Bottom line: pricey up front but worth it if you care about cutting freight costs - it paid for itself in about three months. I'm an owner-operator in the Southwest and the rate-shopping/carrier selection is the one thing that made me happy, saved me a few hundred bucks a month and that covers the fee, no joke. UI gets laggy now and then but the savings keep me using it, def worth the spend imo.

Midnight dispatch during a storm - needed labels and an urgent booking and ShipERP didnt flake; owner-operator in my first year out here in the Southwest so I cant have downtime. What really made me happy was the carrier booking went through on the first try and the label printed rihgt away, no run back to the truck. Saved a late fee and a ton of stress, 5/5.

I run a one-truck operation in the Southwest and I've been using nShift for about a year now. Price was my main worry but the rate-compare tool cut carrier costs enough to pay for the subscription in a couple months - def worth it. The side-by-side cost view made me happy; UI gets laggy sometimes but it saved me on a few big runs so im satisfied.

One year into running my own truck in the Southwest and I'm still surprised by how much the live-tracking map changed my day. The GPS pings come quick and the ETA actually recalcs when traffic goofs - saved me from sitting at a dock for two hours yesterday, big relief. Little hiccup where past stops flash for a sec but no biggie, dispatch is way less of a headache now and I slepp better on runs.

Had a load cancel on me two hours before pickup and Cargo Chief actually found a carrier in minutes - it saved the day. I went owner-operator last year running routes in the Southwest, so getting something that just works when I panic is reall big. Not flashy, just reliable and the match was real (not 20 dead leads) - few hiccups but it did exactly what I needed, definately worth it.

Bottom line: support is hit-or-miss - sometimes they're lightning fast, other times you wait days with no follow-up. I had one rep who stayed on the line and actually fixed a billing error, but when I tried to get help with a tracking integration I recieved canned replies and a 48hr wait, really frstrating. I run a tiny one-man operation out of the Southwest so fast, competent support matters; I'm torn because when it works it's great, but the inconsistency makes it hard to trust for everyday use.

...that one load last week where the carrier bailed at 2AM and I was about to sit at the dock - FreightWise swapped in a new carrier in under 15 minutes and pushed ETA/tracking so I could reroute without extra wait. Owner-operator here, barely a year in, so that quick carrier match literally saved me detention fees and a huge headache. The app glitched once and I had to refresh, but the cash I saved made it worthwile, definately recvd more than I expected.

This morning I nearly blew a pickup because the dispatcher changed the stop at 7:05, but the app buzzed and showed the new address before the broker even called. That instant push and the stupid-fast photo upload for PODs is what sold me - i can update status and send proof in under a minute while rolling. Only gripe is it gets laggy on spotty service, so 4/5 from me.

Bottom line: the carrier assignment tool is the real MVP - saved me hours every week. I’m an owner-operator in the Southwest, been running my brokerage about a year, and that quick-send blast with carrier on-time % and recent rate history lets me pick and book with two clicks; def cut my outreach time in haf. Only gripe is the contact popup sometimes laggs a bit, but no biggie - 5 stars from me.

...kept dropping my location every time I hit a rest stop, so my mile logs were all over the place. I've been running solo for about a year out here in the Southwest and that mess meant messed-up IFTA reports and a delayed settlement because the mobile app doesnt sync right - cost me a load bonus. App also crashes when I try to attach pics, paperwork that should take 2 mins turned into calls and emails; not worth the trouble rn.

I've used TruckingOffice for about a year. Before that I was juggling Excel sheets and a shoebox of reciepts, sending invoices by hand - this automated invoicing cut my billing time from a whole afternoon to like 15 minutes, no joke. The mobile app gets slow sometimes but that invoicing and payment tracking fixed my cashflow headaches and made end-of-week paperwork actually tolerable, hehe.
