Last week my tracker dropped off the map 30 minutes before a load and my heart sank. Called Motive Fleet support and a tech named Maria jumped on the call, pulled the logs, walked me through a firmware reset and stayed on the line until the unit buzzed back to life - she even put a replacement on order just in case. Support really knew their stuff and wasnt pushy with upsells; only gripe is the replacement took three days to arrive and that messed with my spare schedule.

Last Tuesday when a customer called at 9pm frantic that a pallet hadn't shown, I pulled up Detrack and could see the driver's ETA down to the minute. For the price - a small monthly fee for my lone truck - it payed for itself the first week with fewer callbacks, so totally worth it. I'm an owner-operator with about a year in the Southwest, and the live ETA was the one thing that made me happy; customers chilled out and I finally finished my paperwork instead of answering the phone, no joke.
Used it for a year and the one thing that keeps me on it is how it handles spotty service - it queues up status changes and proof-of-delivery photos, then pushes them when I'm back in range. I'm an owner-operator in the Southwest and that offline queue has saved me from a couple of pissed-off dispatchers and confused customers. Not flashy, but it just works when you need it, even in the middle of nowhere; definately a relief on long routes.

Only gripe is the app can lag on bad LTE so uploads take longer than they shoulda, but still gave it a 4/5.
Been running solo for a year out of the Southwest, and yesteday I got stuck with an empty trailer after a canceled pickup. LoadStop turned up a Phoenix→El Paso backhaul in about 15 minutes that matched my reefer and paid well - broker answred fast, booked right away and saved me a whole deadhead day. App UI is a little glitcy sometimes, but that quick match made my week and put cash in the bank.
When a broker tried to lowball me on a Phoenix run last month, Logity pushed back and got me about $300 more - saved my butt. Their cut felt high at first but after that bump it was definetly worth the $$, made more than their fee so I wasn't mad. Only gripe is they can be slow to reply at night, but price-wise for a one-man outfit in the Southwest it's a solid deal tho.
The other night my truck got delayed at a weigh station and I missed my pickup window - support jumped on it and found another carrier offer in under half an hour. Mike stayed on the phone, updated the rate, sent the paperwork and even nudged dispatch so I didn't lose the job, i apreciated that. I'm an owner-operator out in the Southwest with a year on the road and that kind of real person help makes me stick with Truxx.
