Response times are almost always under an hour and the follow-ups include annotated logs and screenshots so my crew actually learns instead of guessing. The web UI could be tidier, but the human support more than makes up for the rough edges.
During a thunderstorm that knocked out several cell towers last Wednesday our east-end route still showed live locations down to the street level, which stopped a potential cascade of missed pickups. What made me realy happy was the tracking - updates continued to trickle in and gave me the confidence to reroute drivers on the fly, even though ETAs and POD uploads lagged a few minutes.
