Bottom line: BulkLoads put a last-minute hopper load under my nose and saved me a long deadhead. I had to sort a moisture/weight question and, owner-operator out of the Southwest with about a year on the road, the shipper answered in the app right away and cleared up the wet-grain numbers so I didn't geting dinged at the scale. App is kinda clunky on mobile and some listings miss details, but that quick chat made the trip worth it.

The mobile app's offline photo upload that auto-syncs when you get signal - that one feature alone sold me. I run solo in the Southwest and cell drops all the time, but I can snap POD pics, jot a quick note, and it pushes to dispatch once I'm back on LTE; no more texting photos or waiting around. Easy to use and fast, it realy shaves minutes off my day.
I've used Dossier for about a year. On a late-night run between Tucson and El Paso it popped an overdue-brake alert and the shop found a tiny crack in the rotor before it shredded, saved me a huge tow and days off the road - definatly my favorite feature so far. The mobile history made the repair quicker, tho their notifcations sometimes come in late.

Setup was kinda clunky at first, but I run a one-truck owner-operator in the Southwest and their onboarding rep actually walked me through the dispatch setup over a couple calls and got my pay items sorted - that one-on-one help made the difference. Worth the effort, definately; the dispatch screen is tidy and I can snag loads faster now.
...didn't expect the system to hop in and rebook the freight while I was still on the side of the road. Last month my axle went pop in NM and the digital worker found another carrier, nudged the consignee and even handled the rebookd paperwork so we avoided a nasty stockout - saved me a day of lost pay. Only gripe is it tosses a few wierd false alerts now and then, but after that save I'm definately impressed.
The ETA accuracy blew me away compared to the clunky system I used before. Used to get 30–45 minute windows that were useless; project44’s real-time updates actually matched when my trailer showed up, which saved me a bunch of wait time. Bottom line: customer support is the weakest link - they take forever and mostly dont actually fix the problem. I'm an owner-operator in the Southwest and after about a year using Magaya a messed-up invoice caused a missed pickup and roughly $450 in fees; support took five days and a half dozen emails to 'escalate' it and it still came back wrong. Phone holds, canned replies, and tickets that just reopen burned time and money - honestly thinking of switching cause I can't trust them when a load is on the line.

Infios pushed a new ETA and rebooked me on the fly - way better than juggling spreadsheets and two different logins like before, so I actually got paid instead of sitting around. Used to be a mess of phone calls, voicemail and paper slips, but now the booking shows up on my phone and I actually know when to roll in; for a one-truck owner-operator running Southwest lanes that's huge. Saves time and my nerves, definately glad I made the switch.
I've used it for 1 year. One night a flash-flood shut the highway out here in the Southwest and my pickup was stuck - OTM re-planned the load, pushed a new BOL and an alternate carrier in minutes so I didn't eat a $700 detention, man I was sweatin but that one click fixed it. Simple thing but that saved me a ton and im sticking with it, 5/5.
