Owner-operator with two trucks and 30 years on the West Coast - the Motive Fleet mobile app's pre/post-trip inspection with photo upload is the one feature that actually cut my paperwork in half; I snap a picture, note the defect, hit send and dispatch already has it logged before I finish my coffee. It even keeps working when the cell gets sketchy, so morning checks don't turn into a tech headache.

The AI driver safety alerts are the feature that stood out: they actually flagged distracted driving and hard braking that a quick human review confirmed. I've spent 18 years dispatching a 40-truck Midwest fleet, and while those saves were real, the constant false positives and clunky review flow eat up my time so I'm left torn about committing fully to Motive Fleet.
