I've been using WWEX for about a year. Customer service is the main reason I stuck with them - one rep stayed on the phone over an hour to fix a billing mixup and even called back to confirm the refund, which was a relief. Not perfect, had some routing hiccups here in the Southwest, but the reps realy went the extra mile so I gave them 4 stars.

Their support was crazy fast and actually cared - that right there sold me. I’m an owner-operator down in the Southwest and when a scheduled pickup fell through at midnigt they called me, booked a replacement carrier and had my load rerouted in under an hour; I was floored. The app's fine but I pay for that human touch - they made a stressful night no big deal, respnsive folks.

…way easier than the last outfit I used. DSV's tracking gave me real-time ETAs and status notes that actually matched what happened, so I didnt have to call a dozen times - definately a relief for an owner-operator who's been running a year out in the Southwest. That live map and push alerts are what sold me; shipments showed up when they said they would, no guessing, and thats worth the switch.

Real-time tracking on the KN app is what sold me. Push alerts actually match what's happening - if the trailer clears customs or hits a delay I get an update so I don't spend the afternoon calling dispatch, and the ETA re-calcs are usually spot on which saves a ton of headache. Been running solo for a year down in the Southwest so I need an app that works on meh cell, and this one stays snappy, uploads POD pics quick and rarely crashes; theres the odd hiccup but it's pretty reliable.

Their reliability is the main thing - they actually showed up on time when a last-minute load needed moving. I'm an owner-operator in the Southwest and after a year with GXO the local rep fixed a scheduling snafu in an hour, so not perfect but the srevice worked when it counted.

I've used C.H. Robinson for about a year. Navisphere's live tracking and ETAs really stood out - I can see where loads are down to the minute which has definately saved me from sitting at docks for hours and wasted fuel. The app can get laggy sometimes or show weird timestamps, but most of the time the ETA info is legit and makes planning my next move way easier.

...the fees are a punch to the gut, especially when you're trying to keep any margin as a tiny seller. Still, that consistent next-day delivery for my best-selling part boosted sales enough that it was definetly worth the hit. I'm a one-man shop down in the Southwest and having Amazon handle shipping and returns saved me hours and headaches, even if I wish the pricing was a bit kinder.

The rate visibility is the best part - used to call brokers all day and now I can see decent offers in seconds. Booking's quicker than my old spreadsheet+phone routine, but sometimes carrier matches are off and I hafta redo filters. Good for a one-truck guy in the Southwest, definately shaves hours off boring admin work.

Yesterday at a truck stop a last-minute reefer popped up while I was filling diesel and I booked it on CoyoteGO in under two minutes. The mobile app shows pickup/delivery times and the confirm pushed right to my phone, which saved me a long deadhead - I'm an owner-operator out of the Southwest so that kinda speed matters. Only gripe is the map view laggs sometimes and it froze once, so 4 stars, but realli handy.

Instant quotes on the app save me so much time. Using it on the road in the Southwest I can pull up a price, hit book and the carrier confirmation comes back fast - definately cuts down the calls and paper, which is huge. The tracking map actually updates while I'm drivin' so customers stop blowin' up my phone, and that one little thing makes my day a lot less stressful.
