Navisphere's live tracking and ETAs really stood out - I can see where loads are down to the minute which has definately saved me from sitting at docks for hours and wasted fuel. The app can get laggy sometimes or show weird timestamps, but most of the time the ETA info is legit and makes planning my next move way easier.
Bottom line: their support actually answers and fixes problems fast. Had a load double-booked last month and my rep called me back in 20 mins, rerouted it and saved a deadhead - I run three trucks so that quick callback mattered, suprised they moved so quick even when Navisphere acted up somtimes.
This morning Navisphere's mobile app froze mid-pickup and flagged a load as delivered while my driver was still at the dock, so the consignee refused to unload. I'm 22 years into dispatching 100 trucks in the Northeast and had to eat a $650 detention plus send another truck because the app wouldn't refresh or pull a proof-of-delivery - unacceptable.

Invoice reconciliation lagged by several days, so I dock one star, but for emergency response and carrier access they performed admirably.
