Decent rate comparisons, but not perfect. I like being able to check courier pricing in one place before I buy a label. The screen is clear once you learn where things are. Still, I ran into cases where the quote did not line up with what I expected at checkout. I had to recheck details and it felt a little touchy. It works, but I do not fully trust it without a second look.

Really clean tracking view day to day. I like that everything shows up in one dashboard, so I am not bouncing between carrier sites to see where a shipment is. The delivery status updates feel current enough that I trust what I am looking at. The automated notifications are nice, but I had to tweak them a bit to avoid getting too many pings. Overall, it keeps me in the loop without being complicated.
Solid inventory tracking once it is dialed in. I like having one place where we can watch stock levels across warehouses in near real time. The views are clear enough for my team, even if we are not super technical. The only downside is that the initial setup felt a bit confusing with all the options. After a week of use, I was comfortable checking counts and reconciling what we had on hand.
Pretty disappointing on the alert side. I set up a geofence for our yard and it kept firing at odd times, even when the unit looked like it was still parked. I double checked the boundary and settings and it still felt inconsistent. When you are trying to trust notifications, that kind of randomness is frustrating.
