Frustrating integration experience for us. We tried hooking it into our in vehicle tracking so we could see planned versus actual clearly, and the data did not line up right. I kept seeing mismatched locations and timestamps that made the view hard to trust. Support gave us steps to try, but it felt like we were going in circles for days. I wanted this to be reliable, but we could not get consistent visibility with our telematics.

Signatures are smooth and reliable. I have customers sign right on the screen and it feels natural, not like fighting the app. I can check it before I leave the dock so I know it captured correctly. When it syncs back, it shows up quickly for the office to see. I do wish the signature box was a touch larger, but it works fine.

Useful in the moment, but not perfect. I can capture dimensions and photos on-site and that part feels straightforward. Where I get stuck is when I have to correct a detail after the fact, it is not always obvious where to tap. I also wish the prompts were a little clearer for new users. Once I got used to it, the data going back to the office was mostly consistent.

Good checklists for consistent inspections. When I follow the guided steps, I do not worry about missing something obvious. I also like that the notes and images stay tied to the same inspection instead of being scattered on my phone. The dashboard view updates in a reasonable way most days. My only nit is the flow can feel a little slow when I am trying to move fast. Still, it is dependable for documenting condition.

Good idea, rough in the warehouse. Our dock staff struggled with the guided inspection screens and kept skipping parts, so the records looked incomplete. When we did get a full inspection done, the report was fine, but it took too much hand holding. I also had trouble scanning references consistently, which led to duplicate entries. It became more work than it should be for a busy shift.

Really dependable for end to end tracking. I can watch a piece of equipment move through the supply chain without guessing where it is. The status info is usually accurate, which makes it easier to stay calm on busy days. I had to learn where a few settings were, but once set up it just runs. My only nit is the dashboard can feel busy at first glance.

The status updates are what sold me. When I look in, I can tell if a stop is still pending or already completed, and that keeps our notes consistent. The live map refreshes reliably during the day. I did have one moment where the view lagged for a bit, but it caught back up. Overall, I feel comfortable trusting what I am seeing.

Reliable delivery notifications so far. We set up the automated messages and I can see when they go out, which helps me trust the process. The tone is customer friendly and not overly robotic. I did have to test a few times to get the timing right for our workflow. Once it was tuned, it has been steady.

The shipping refund automation is surprisingly handy. I set the criteria and it flags the shipments that qualify without me babysitting it. I still double check edge cases, but the logic is easy to understand. The notes tied to each refund decision are helpful when I review it later. I would like a little more customization in how the refund status is shown to customers.

Really impressed with the tracking pages. We set up the branded look without much trouble, and it feels consistent for customers checking on orders. I like that updates show in real time when the carrier scan hits, so I am not guessing where a shipment is. The messages are generally clear and match what we see on our side. My only nit is it took me a bit to find the right place to tweak the wording on the notifications.

Decent tracking, but not always convenient. I like that I can review past shipments and check delivery status without starting over each time. Still, the way the history is organized feels cluttered when I am looking for a specific label. I also had a couple moments where the delivery progress view did not refresh as quickly as I expected. It works, but I am not fully comfortable relying on it alone.

Reliable tracking view, but not always consistent. I like having delivery status in one place, especially when a package changes hands between carriers. The notifications are helpful, but I had a few that came through late compared to what the carrier site showed. Setup took some reading but was manageable for me. I still check the carrier tracking page when something looks off.
