Decent for receiving assignments, with a catch. I can see my next job on the phone and the details are usually clear. But sometimes the assignment screen feels cluttered and I have to scroll around to find what I need. Once I get into a routine it is fine. I would rate it higher if the layout was a little cleaner.

I also had trouble matching the numbers to what dispatch was seeing in real time. I can get some basics, but it takes too much clicking to verify. For a busy week, that gets old fast.
Solid daily app once it’s set up. I mainly use it to capture on route events, and it’s nice not having to remember details later. I like that I can add the update right when it happens. The screens are a bit busy at first, but I got used to them. Overall it feels dependable when I’m on the road.
Pretty solid for multi stop planning. I like being able to set up trips and see how the route is expected to run before we roll. During the day, I can check where each trip stands without digging through multiple screens. The ETAs usually make sense compared to what drivers are seeing out there. My only nit is it took a bit of trial and error to find the views I wanted.
Really solid for keeping everyone on the same page. I like how the live map view updates in real time so I am not guessing where a truck is during a stop. The ETA notifications are usually accurate enough for me to give customers a heads up without overexplaining. Setup was not bad, but it took me a bit to figure out the best way to share the link with different people. Overall it feels dependable for daily tracking.
Nice optimization results for multi stop days. We use it to reorder stops and the sequence usually makes sense without much tweaking. I like seeing progress as drivers move through the route, it keeps our screen from feeling stale. One gripe is the first setup took some clicking to get our delivery types right. After that, I have not had to babysit it much.
Decent app, but not perfect. I like that I can capture a signature right at the delivery and attach it without fuss. Where it falls short for me is when images take a while to upload if coverage is spotty. I have had to retry a couple times before it went through. Once it finally uploads, everything looks fine. I still use it daily, just with a little patience.
Routing is the part I actually enjoy using. We load in stops and it gives a sensible order most of the time, which makes dispatch less of a guessing game. I like tweaking the route when we have a priority delivery, and it updates without drama. It took a couple tries to learn where the settings are, but it clicked after a week. My only nit is I wish the map view was a little cleaner when there are a lot of stops.
Notifications are the part I like most. I set them up for a few recurring shipments and I appreciate getting delivery status changes without constantly checking. The messages are usually clear and easy to understand. Occasionally I get an update later than I want, but it still helps me keep an eye on key packages. Overall it feels dependable for day to day monitoring.
