Routing is the part I actually enjoy using. We load in stops and it gives a sensible order most of the time, which makes dispatch less of a guessing game. I like tweaking the route when we have a priority delivery, and it updates without drama. It took a couple tries to learn where the settings are, but it clicked after a week. My only nit is I wish the map view was a little cleaner when there are a lot of stops.
Disappointing proof of delivery flow. We repeatedly had issues with signatures and photos not attaching correctly to the completed delivery, and I had to recheck records manually. For day to day operations, that is an unacceptable reliability gap.
Buggy GPS updates most days. I can tell it is trying to track in real time, but the location refresh lags or jumps around, which makes me second guess what I am seeing. With how cloud based it is, I expected tighter consistency.
Reporting is solid and easy to read. I use it to review delivery activity without digging around.
