Really impressed with the tracking pages. We set up the branded look without much trouble, and it feels consistent for customers checking on orders. I like that updates show in real time when the carrier scan hits, so I am not guessing where a shipment is. The messages are generally clear and match what we see on our side. My only nit is it took me a bit to find the right place to tweak the wording on the notifications.
Solid post purchase visibility overall. I can follow shipments end to end in one place, and the status flow makes sense when I am checking a batch of orders. The real time progression is the part I trust most, especially when shipments are moving through multiple touchpoints. I also like that it stays focused on delivery updates instead of cluttering the view. One small gripe is I had to spend time dialing in how the customer notifications read so they sounded like us.
Decent tracking, but not always consistent. I like having one view of shipment progress, and the status updates are easy to follow. Still, I have seen cases where the real time update feels a step behind what I am seeing elsewhere, which is annoying. It is workable, just not perfect.
It is okay for basic updates. I can see delivery status and send notifications, which is nice, but I get lost when I need to change anything beyond the basics. I wish the screens were a little simpler for someone like me.
