Reliable appointment updates most of the time. We use it mainly to stay informed on whether a dock time is confirmed or still waiting on approval. I like that the messages come through automatically so I do not have to keep checking. There were a couple times I did not notice an update right away because it blended in with other notifications. Once I adjusted my routine, it was easier to keep track.
Super handy for keeping me in the loop. I can check whats going on with our inbound stops without bugging the warehouse all day, just wish the screen was a bit less busy somtimes.
Nice and simple for booking times. I do wish it was a little clearer where to click at first, but once I got it, it was fine.
