Melisa Fisher's review of Phillips Connect

Good visibility into trailer health. I appreciate being able to spot basic diagnostic issues before they turn into bigger questions for our team. The status view is clear enough that I do not have to guess what is going on with a unit. Alerts are helpful when they are accurate, although I have seen a couple that did not match what we found later. Overall it feels dependable for day to day monitoring. I would like a little more consistency in how those sensor messages are worded.
