Really impressed with the cargo condition tracking. I can see temperature readings in near real time and it makes me less anxious on sensitive loads. The history view is clear enough that I can explain what happened without guessing. I did have to tweak a couple alert thresholds to match our lanes. After that, it has been steady and easy to trust.
Support was actually helpful when we had questions. I reached out about getting everything talking correctly and they walked me through it without rushing. The replies came back with clear steps and no fluff. I liked that they stuck to the basics and did not push extra add ons. The only downside was the first response was not instant, but it was same day for me.
