Very clean driver check in experience. We started using it at one of our regular warehouses and the flow is easy to understand without much training. I like that I can see when a trailer is moved in the yard and when we are actually at the dock. The status updates feel consistent, not random. There are a lot of screens at first, but after a week it made sense. Overall it has been dependable for day to day use.
Gate process feels a lot smoother. When we pull in, I can check in and see that we are actually logged, instead of wondering if the guard wrote it down right. I am not very techy and it still made sense after a couple tries. The status notes are helpful, but a few messages look a bit too short and I wasnt sure what they meant. Overall I like having that one place to confirm we are in the system.
Really nice yard visibility. I can see whats going on with our trailer and that helps me know if we are still waiting or actually moving. Im not great with tech, but it was simple to read. Wish the labels were a little clearer somtimes.
Pretty solid for booking appointments. I like being able to grab a dock time without going back and forth with emails. We use it most weeks and it has been easy enough to follow. Only nit is some locations use it differently, so I still double check the details.
