Really nice yard visibility. I can see whats going on with our trailer and that helps me know if we are still waiting or actually moving. Im not great with tech, but it was simple to read. Wish the labels were a little clearer somtimes.
Gate process feels a lot smoother. When we pull in, I can check in and see that we are actually logged, instead of wondering if the guard wrote it down right. I am not very techy and it still made sense after a couple tries. The status notes are helpful, but a few messages look a bit too short and I wasnt sure what they meant. Overall I like having that one place to confirm we are in the system.
Pretty solid for booking appointments. I like being able to grab a dock time without going back and forth with emails. We use it most weeks and it has been easy enough to follow. Only nit is some locations use it differently, so I still double check the details.
Frustrating check in experience overall. We tried using the driver check in flow at a couple warehouses and it was inconsistent, with status updates not matching what the gate staff told us. I am not super technical, but it felt like screens were laggy and sometimes did not refresh when our appointment changed. When that happens, I end up asking the guard anyway, which defeats the point for us. I wanted clearer, more reliable updates during the visit, not mixed signals.
