Solid visibility into yard activity. We use it mainly to watch truck movements during busy windows, and it keeps everyone on the same page. I like that the updates come in as things change, not hours later. The map view is simple enough that I did not need much training. My only gripe is it can feel a little busy when the yard is packed.
Clear communication during check in. I can see our current stage and what is expected next without needing extra instruction. The screens are simple enough for me, although I had to look around a bit the first time.
