Clear communication during check in. I can see our current stage and what is expected next without needing extra instruction. The screens are simple enough for me, although I had to look around a bit the first time.

Disappointing scheduling reliability. We submitted appointment requests, yet the confirmations were inconsistent and sometimes unclear. I cannot depend on it when the schedule is tight.

Good visibility into dock status. When we arrive, I can watch the status change and it keeps me from wondering if we were missed. I also like that everyone sees the same update at the same time. The layout took me a couple tries to understand, but it is consistent once you learn it. I wish the status refresh was a bit more obvious, but overall it feels reliable.
