Rock solid visibility data. I can trust the real time vehicle and shipment view while dispatching.
Solid dispatch messaging flow. I can reply and keep the thread tied to the assignment without any confusion.
Not impressed with the routing logic. I set my vehicle dimensions and it still tried to send me onto a questionable road.
Solid ETA sharing, but the spatial views feel a bit rigid. I like the real time side, yet I wanted more control over what I am looking at.
Solid live map view, but the sync can lag. I can see where drivers are, yet status updates do not always appear instantly.
API style tracking is flaky. I saw delivery statuses lag behind what actually happened.
