Surprisingly easy to get started. We were able to set up our locations and start booking appointments without a bunch of confusion. I like that everything lives in one place instead of juggling emails. The calendar view makes sense even for our smaller team. My only nit is it took me a day to learn where a couple settings were.
Not great for us right now. I kept running into booking issues and the dock status did not look right, so I ended up calling anyway.
Nice and consistent for dock scheduling. We quit guessing on appointment times because I can see the confirmed slot in one spot. It took a little clicking to find the right warehouse the first time, but after that it was smooth.
Pretty simple to follow. I use it mostly to confirm dock appointments, and it does not feel intimidating.
