Accurate status visibility most days. I appreciate how it keeps the current state easy to read without digging through a lot of screens. The only nit for me is the initial setup steps felt a little long. Once configured, I rarely have to touch anything beyond quick checks. Overall it feels dependable for ongoing monitoring.

More notifications than I wanted. I expected return updates, but the frequency made it hard to tell what was actually important. I had to spend extra time sorting through messages to find the latest return status. The tracking itself was generally accurate, but the way updates were pushed felt noisy. If there was a simpler way to control how often alerts come through, I would be happier with it.
Not impressed with the carrier integrations. We connected a few services and the tracking statuses did not line up cleanly, which made our team second guess what we were seeing. I am comfortable with tech, but I still spent too much time trying to figure out whether it was our side or theirs. The data felt inconsistent rather than truly real time. For what it is supposed to do, that was frustrating.
Decent tracking view, but not perfect. I like having the current delivery progress and the older shipment history in one place so I can compare what happened.
