Frustrating to get the branded page right. I wanted a clean tracking page for customers, but the setup took more trial and error than I expected. I kept second guessing what the customer would actually see. When it finally looked right, it was fine, just not a smooth process for me. I wish the customization steps were clearer and more guided. For something meant to look polished, the setup felt messy.
Nice idea, a little quirky. I like having shipment updates in one dashboard, but a couple deliveries showed a vague status that did not explain much. I still use it, just not as my only source.
Webhooks are the best part for us. I subscribed to tracking events and the payloads are consistent enough to map into our dashboard without extra guessing. The delivery status progression matches what I see on carrier sites most of the time. Testing in sandbox was straightforward, and switching to live keys was painless. My only nit is I had to re-read the docs to confirm a couple event names.
Decent tracking, but support felt slow. I asked about a delivery status mismatch and it took awhile to get a clear answer. The tracking page is simple, which I like, but the delay was frusterating.
