This portal has been frustrating to rely on. I keep running into situations where I need to message someone, but the back and forth inside the dashboard feels clunky. I can never tell if my note actually went through or if it is just sitting there. When it is busy, I end up second guessing what was sent. I do not mind using tech, but this part needs to be clearer.

Frustrating to book loads reliably. I would find a load that fit my equipment and route, then the details felt inconsistent when I tried to follow through. The rate info was not always clear to me, which made me second guess what I was accepting. I also ran into payment screens that did not explain what step I was on. After a few tries, I stopped using it for anything time sensitive.
Nice change of pace from typical boards. I like the variety, especially specialty and one off shipments I don’t see elsewhere. Bidding is simple enough and I can usually tell quickly if I want to chase it. I do wish fewer shippers anchored on super low numbers. For filling a partial now and then, it works well for me.
Easy to use once it is set up. I mainly focus on the filters, and I can narrow loads down by equipment type and route without much effort. I also like having it on my phone when I am out, since I can check postings quickly. The alerts are helpful, but I had to tweak them a bit so they were not distracting. Overall, I am happy with the searching experience.
Not great, kind of frustrating. I kept running into postings that looked good, then turned out to be old or already covered. I want fewer repeats and fresher loads.
Decent alerts, not always on point. I set up notifications for a couple lanes and they do pop up when freight shows up. The downside is I still get some alerts that are not a great fit for what I run. I do like that it keeps me checking rates instead of guessing. Overall it is helpful, just not as precise as I hoped.
